                                                                 HATCH CAFE
Stop in and say hi to Hutch and Liz and get yourself a good burger and a shake at this local stop. $5 gets you a burger basket with some really good fries. Located along highway 89 on your way to Bryce Canyon or Red Canyon or fishing the Sevier River. Til 2pm for lunch, open for breakfast too. Nice folks and worth the stop.

Ninja-St. George

Samurai 21 has changed to Ninja! Located in St. George at exit 10, they offer up delicious sushi and teppanyaki grill items. Sit at the sushi bar and watch the chefs or grab a seat at one of the grills where your chef will come to you and entertain you as the cook your dinner. Just up the street from STARBUCKS exit 10 I-15, east side of the freeway in the shopping center.
Left, sushi chef Johnny's creation, 2007.

Martin's Deli in Duck Creek Village-Local fare extraordinaire! My favorite is the Philly sandwich with homemade Jalapeno mayo. Delish! Great salads too.

Aunt Sue's Chalet in Duck Creek Village-Best pies ever! Burgers, breakfast, salad bar, but my favorite is the 4 berry pie you gotta try!

                                                                NINJA STEAKHOUSE & SUSHI
This place is delicious! my favorite is the Lover Roll sans scallops, substitute salmon... this is a good find if you are a sushi or hibachi lover. Good selection- lots of special rolls. Located at the south end of Cedar City (Walmart & Home Depot exit 57), on the west side, near Chevron and Del Taco. Hours, Mon-Sat., 11-10  and not closed in the afternoon like so many sushi bars are! Sundays, 4-9pm. 435-867-5577
